Purchases

Supplements and merchandise are sold in store and online. Clover processes online payments; confirmations are sent by Resend and may include pickup codes. Prices and product availability can change without notice. See our Refund Policy for returns.

Online order data

You authorize Factory Gym to process order totals, taxes, and fulfillment details for your transaction. The store uses an internal confirmation step to complete orders after payment verification and may retry safe background tasks.

Memberships

Gym memberships are handled through our membership portal and its own agreement — these terms cover the website only.

Product information

Supplement descriptions, images, and supplement-facts panels are provided for convenience and may vary from the physical product as manufacturers update formulas and labels. Always read the label on the product you receive. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before using any supplement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempting to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, no scraping at abusive volumes, and no interfering with other visitors' use of the site.
