What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. We do not collect information you do not choose to provide. Membership signup and billing happen through our membership portal, which has its own privacy terms.

How we use your information

We use your information to process online orders, take payment, and confirm fulfillment. Online orders use Clover and confirmation emails use Resend. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep staff admin sessions working, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure how this site is used — which pages get visited and how people arrive. We also use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or by turning on your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Data storage

Contact and order records are stored with Supabase in the U.S., and order fulfillment state is processed through internal jobs. Errors may be captured by Sentry, and email notifications may be sent through Resend for confirmations and staff alerts.
